A while back I contacted formlabs about an issue with a stuck resin tray and was informed that it was a peel motor problem. Formlabs was awesome with getting me a replacement peel motor so that I can replace the one that wasn’t working. The problem I’m having now is how do I remove the stuck resin tray, I have all the videos I need of how to replace the motor but I can’t get any help on how to get out the resin tray so that I can take the unit apart to put in the new motor. Please help me out guys thank you
You’ll probably want to turn the shaft on the bad stepper to drive the tray up to a point where it can be removed. Can’t help you with getting to the stepper but that’s where I would start.
