It’s really difficult to remove the resin tank ( the tray). It should be easy to remove it by draw back, but it did not work for us. It seems to be stuck.
Have you ever met this problem?

Is the resin tank in its home position? if you’re using a form1/1+ the tank may be tilted.
There may be cured resin under the tank that is holding it in place.
