Partial print issue

Been printing a ring that shows all the parts in preform, but part of one of the crosses does not print. Like it was cut off… any suggestions?

Could the stl be damaged?
Try to print the ring with another inclination

i reoriented and it printed fine / also milled fine . not sure why it will not grow upright

We usually print rings growind upright, but some kind of rings with “large and heavy head” it’s better to incline
