Issues with an update in Preform

Ever since we updated to the latest version of preform, we are having issues with our printer starting. It will still transfer the file to the dashboard on the printer, but when we hit the “start print” button, instead of initiating the print, it just takes us back to a previous screen on the dashboard. Has anyone had this problem? I’ve tried the normal fixes (rebooting the printer, uninstalling and reinstalling preform), and haven’t had any success. Any help is appreciated!

My firmware is saying that it is up to date though?
