I’m sorry to hear you’re having some problems with your Form 1+ not booting up correctly!
It’s a little tough to know exactly what the issue is based on your description here, but one thing I would recommend is trying a different power cable if you have one available. If you don’t it’s a pretty universally available part at any electronics store.

Unfortunately, because we’re past the end of the lifespan for the Form 1+ our repair/service options are pretty limited, but we can absolutely do our best!
