I am printing clear resin, I have an ongoing issue where parts start sticking and then continue to stick more and more.
This is a brand new tank and i have had some successful prints before this started.

@JaredReabow Would you be able to share the printer name and .form file? I’d be happy to take a look at what’s happening here for you.
A good first step, without me knowing more, is to clean your optical window. Your photos look like what we call delamination. Please take a look at that support page and check each of the steps to see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn’t, you can always open a support case with us.

dktag partial.form (707.3 KB)
cone.form (298.7 KB)
I should note, this is a NEW tank, on a NEW form 3+
Thank you for sending those .form files along and the printer name. The good news is that the printer appears to be in excellent condition, like a brand-new one is expected to be. Your optics are clean, and all of the functions are doing their job.
That said, for the cone.form, just looking at the file, I suggest more support. That small amount at the very bottom probably isn’t enough to hold that solid piece throughout printing.
For the dktag partial.form, the support structure seems fine. But I noticed you have custom settings for both of these prints. It looked like you’ve made some adjustments to the exposure settings. Would you please confirm that information, and if I’m correct, have you tried to print this with the default settings?
I look forward to your response.
Jess
I have tried default and have tried custom settings due to the failures
Thank you again for the updated information. I think the best next step for you is to contact support so that they can really dig deeper into the issue. I know you’ve done lots of printing, so you know when there’s something bigger happening.
