My form 3 worked great for a while. Now I seem to have a repeating error with layers sticking to the resin tank. not every print- sometimes it works fine. The tank and resin are new. I print mostly miniatures/ sculptures for casting. Im starting to get frustrated and feel like I’m throwing money out the window every time I print.
anyone else have this issue?
Is it one of the first layers, or has the model partially completed? Maybe you could provide a photo?
For example, I have observed with some small parts I print, if the section that has contact with the build platform is substantially smaller than a cross-section further up the print, the peel force may pull the model from the build platform.
Ever clean your LPU window?
I agree with the suggestion to clean the optical window! Giving the optical window a clean when you’ve noticed a decrease in print quality is a great first step.
