Brand new printer will not connect to the Preform software. There are NO instructions on connecting via USB, its as if magic is supposed to happen. Only there is no magic and no troubleshooting and no help via the online support bot on the formlabs website. Now i have to wait till tomorrow or the next day for someone to contact me via email!
I get a message on Preform that “an unavailable printer was detected” because it is in use by another instance of Preform. But i have rebooted the computer and made sure to only click the preform icon once (it takes several minutes to load). It says to colse the other instance or unplug and replug the USB cable. That doesnt work either.
Yes, i have reinstalled Bonjour from the Apple site and restarted the ccomputer. Have i missed something?
