"Unavailable Printer Detected"

I am unable to connect PreForm to my Form2 via USB. It’s not networked (weird office connected devices rule) so I can’t upload via wifi.

I’ve tried rebooting the printer several times, uninstalling and reinstalling PreForm, restarting the computer, nothing seems to work. There’s obviously a connection because PreForm recognizes what materials are loaded on the printer, it just won’t let me upload anything.

Try unplugging the power to the printer, leaving it unplugged for a minute or two, and then plugging it back in. I have had this issue in the past and that has fixed it.
