White v4 print failure due to viscosity?

No matter how I orient , there is just too much resin near the support or near close walls. I do not understand why this happenes soo much. Filtering the resin seems to improve the result but does not entirely eliminate the problem. I not sure if it is a problem with my orientation of the object or the viscosity of white V4 resin is not suitable for printing this kind of objects. Can some one help me in identifying what kind of print failure is this.

PS: The closest that I could name is “Ragging” from formlabs website.

Thanks in advance
