Received our Formlab 3L at work today…
I followed all the steps for initial setup and while I was entering the CODE for the software so I can connect the printer to my computer the screen started to get vertical pixel lines and then froze…
the obvious thing to do was to shut down the printer.
I waited about 10 min and restarted the printer, went through the process again but didn’t even make to 'shake and install cartridges" before the touchscreen turned into a scene straight out of the Matrix.
this is beyond frustrating considering we spent over 10k for this thing and its basically a paper weight in the first 10 min of opening the boxes…
any help would be appreciated since FormLabs tech support hasn’t responded to my inquiry that I sent out at 8:45am PT
