So this has happened twice now. Just sent in a support request.
My Form 2 printer simply stops printing and the display screen freezes. There’s nothing I can do to resume (other than uplug and start over) This is expensive! Anyone else running into this problem?
Happened to me a few times. Fixed it by doing a factory reset(unplug the machine, plug it back in, press and hold the button as soon as you see “formlabs” and keep holding till it says “factory reset”).
Do you run the latest firmware?
I have July 2017 update in it… did a factory reset and it froze again although not in the middle of a job.
To their credit Formlabs has been very helpful with their service department, will update when I get some resolution.
