any body else having issues with the touch screen locking up. the only way to reboot the system is to unplug the printer.
me too,just unplug the printer…doesn.t seem to matter if it’s on or off.leave off for 30 seconds or so…
Yep, it happend once a while. Mainly after updates. As suggested, unplug and plug it again from the power supply.
turns out they have an update of the preform software that is suppose to fix the issue, I down loaded that and cleaned the mirrors the prints look almost as good as the first day we had it but the screen still locked up we’ll give it more time and see what happens.
Is there any way to complete the unfinished print?
not that I’m aware of.
