Support not responding

I purchased a new screen for the Form 3+ cleaning station. I’ve emailed support twice about returning it as it did not fix the problem I’ve been having. I have yet to get a response. When looking online about return policy I have 30 days from shipping date and need approval from FormLabs on the return. Please respond!!!

Support responded to me after posting this and refunded the return. Issue resolved.
