How have people found the support response? It has been 48 hours since I responded to the initial response and provided pictures and details of failed prints and I have yet to have any kind of response back. While I understand that they are likely quite busy, a simple ‘we are reviewing the information you have provided’ would be appreciated. I am just trying to gauge how long I should expect to wait.
