My Form 2 stopped printing deep into a long job (just started hanging and never came back) so I created a support case and shared my log file with Formlabs. I received an automated mail to say that they will be in touch. The next mail I received was to say the case is closed since they didn’t hear from me. I double checked and can confirm that they never contacted me. So I suppose if support cases are of little value then I need to share my frustrations and ask questions here.
@Formlabs why would my printer freeze (it happened twice now) and what does a guy have to do to get some support? From my log file you would have seen that I’m on the latest version of everything.
