I have printed a bangle in grey resin, at 0.25 and the bottom shows splitting [see images] any reason for this?

That probably means the part was unstable while printing, can you share a screenshot of what your print file looks like?
The automatic orientation and supports generally don’t do a good job, it’s better to set those things up yourself.
For best results you want detail parts facing more upwards so that they turn out the best, and try to orient things in a way that will use the least number of supports so that you can more easily sand the parts afterwards.
For that part, switch the orientation so that the bottom of the band is more downwards, start with a support point on the lowest point and then create several other points around it.
After that you just need supports spread out along the part to keep it stable as it builds up.
Thanks for the tips, I have run another and its fine, for some reason I was sure I read that using the one print option was the better way to add the supports! So thanks again.

The software doesn’t have as good of an understanding of the part and what areas are important to you. With some practice you can do a much better job at orientation and support placement.
Thanks I am new to this so appreciate your advice.
