My preform software is 3.19.1. I keep getting messages that says there’s a new update available. I start the update and it says it’s all done. The next time I open my preform it says that I’m still on 3.19.1 any ideas on what’s happening or what I can do about this.

Uninstall Preform, reboot, install the latest version.
I’ve had this problem too. I fixed it without the reboot, but I don’t remember how. The reboot may not be necessary but is “good practice” for this sort of thing.
Thanks, I was hoping I wouldn’t have to uninstall. But It looks like that’s what I’ll have to do. I guess the next question would be is it worth it. Does the latest version do much for the form 2?
