I just received my form 2 last week and after setting it up to print, it said that my firmware was out of date. So i go through the usual steps of updating my firmware through the latest version of preform and it failed. Searched through the forum and found a link for the firmware file to try and update manually. However when I click on “Select File”, nothing happens. No windows explorer pops up or anything. Now I’m stuck with a $3500 paper weight. Anyone have any ideas?
