Happy new year everyone.
I got a host of new resins to print my prototype. Hi temp, tough, grey pro. Except that my Form2 intermittently recognizes Hi temp, and never recognized the others. However, my old grey resin cartridge is always recognized.
PS: I have new resin tanks for each cartridge.

I have the same problem with a new Cartridge of Castable Wax. Support could not help yet.
Did you solve the problem?
Or did you get a new cartridge?
I had the same problem with a Cartridge tough one… I cant stop and wait for formalbs to react, I kept on filling resin from the new one into the old one, and kept my process going. You have to wait until the tray has been filled and confirm that the calculated volume of the old one may not be enough…
After 1-2 weeks I got a new Cartridge of Tough, but could try it yet.
I contacted support and they were pretty prompt in helping me. I just had to send them a few pictures for evidence and they are sending a replacement cartridge.
