Been having issues with our Form 2 where at some point during a print it would stop and display the error message “Resin cartridge missing”, or something along those lines. It’s an easy fix to simply lift the cartridge up and let it back down, the problem is then solved and the print resumes. Sometimes the error will appear again but usually it’ll continue. This doesn’t work though with long prints which need to be left overnight, we end up losing a lot of time because of this issue. Does anyone have an idea as to whats going on? The chip on both tank and cartridge line up and are clean so I’m wondering if it’s a software issue?
It’s more likely a contact issue between the cartridge chip and the reader on the printer. I’d open up a support request and our team can help you get it sorted out.
