Missing Cartridge message

I keep getting missing cartridge messages from my Form 2. These are pretty new cartridges. Has anybody found a way to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

Hmm, if you’re seeing this behavior on multiple different cartridges, it may be an issue with the cartridge reader in the printer rather than the chips on the cartridges themselves. I’ve gotten in touch with our support team and one of our members will be in touch over email to help troubleshoot.

Thanks. I have had this issue with multiple resins. Trying to run a clear part at the moment. I have seen this with my white cartridge as well.
