Random Slices in print

Hello all, so I have a Form 2 and every so often the prints come out with slices missing.

I have replaced the tank and moved the models around the build plate but it seems random
I also cleaned the glass under the tank to make sure there are no smudges.
Any suggestions before I crack it open?

Thanks for taking the time to post! Sorry to see you’re getting some errors on those prints! Hopefully I’ll be able to help!

Typically we’ll see error like this when you’ve got some dirty optical surfaces. This might be the window just below the tank, or one of the mirrors within your printer.

As a first step I’d check out this guide and see if that helps! If this procedure doesn’t improve your results at all, let me know here and I can direct you towards some next steps. :slight_smile:
