I just print this in my Form 1+
All rims came out perfect except the two marked in the photo that didn’t adhere to the building platform…Is this normal? I have z axis -.020.
Have I to increase to -.30? Any other solution?
The PDMS can have a bit of curvature and much of the function of the compression for the first couple of layers is to even this out and ensure that parts stick to the platform. If you’re noticing non-adhesion, iterating downwards in Z fine tuning is always a good thing to try. If that doesn’t seem to correct the issue for you, I’d recommend opening a ticket with our support team so that we can help to troubleshoot further.
