It looks like your parts are having a bit of trouble properly adhering to the platform. For the first couple of layers, the platform is compressed into the tank so that your part adheres well. If the platform is a bit too far above the tank and doesn’t compress properly, it can lead to parts detaching from the platform like you’re seeing.
The first thing we should try to fix this is adjusting the Z offset via Z fine tuning. Here’s a link to our support article that goes through the fine tuning process. Iterate downwards by 0.1mm to 0.2mm at a time until things adhere properly. If that doesn’t correct things for you, there are other troubleshooting steps we can look into.
