Problem after update.rc 1.12.10.85

I have 2 printers for one printer the update goes well, but with the other the printer is completly blocked. I cannot reset the printer even if I follow the procedure:
-Unplug the printer from power.
-Reconnect the printer’s power cable.
-Press & hold the printer’s button until the touchscreen re-appears (around 15 seconds).
-Release the button.

Did there is another way to reset the printer

If you’re still having trouble, I’d recommend opening a ticket with our support team so that we can help to troubleshoot. Typically, when an update hangs, power cycling the printer does correct the issue so if that’s not working there might be something else going on.
