Printer not responding

Hey Gang,
We haven’t printed anything on our Form 3 in a couple months, and unbeknownst to me, the printer was unplugged from our network (so no internet connection).

Today I set up to do a print and the touch screen just had the butterfly graphic displayed (never seen that b4) and was unresponsive to touch.

So I traced the data line and reconnected it to the network switch (lighting up the green light on the switch, so their should be internet).

Then I cycled power to get the printer to re-boot.

Now the power on light in the lower left hand corner is lit, but the touch screen is dark and unresponsive.

What do you think is going on here?

Not sure what is going on but try restarting it while pushing the factory reset button. Its inside a small hole on the back side. Close to the USB port if I’m not mistaken.
