I’m wondering if anyone has had problems with the LCD screen no longer working on their Form 2. The machine was in standby, I powered it on to start a print, and all was fine for about 4 seconds, but then the LCD went black. The machine is still heating the resin, the power button responds normally (i.e., it still requires being held down for 5 seconds to power off), and the power light still flashes when the hood is open. Motors also seem to be functioning normally. I have tried unplugging the machine with no result. I’m not really sure what to try next. The machine was recently bought, and has only been used 6 times. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
Glad to hear that the printer is still responding and we’ll work to get the screen displaying again. Our support team is going to be best suited to troubleshoot and one of our members will be in touch with you over email.
I have a problem with the LCD screen as well. the touch screen doesn’t work even though all the touchable buttons are visible.
Used this thing twice and it stopped working after the second print. I was looking for the registration process and it is via the touchscreen so I haven’t even been able to register this $4,000 paper weight. Cant print because it all relies on the touchscreen.
Apologies…rebooted everything after leaving the printer unplugged for 5 minutes and it seems to have reset itself…with a functioning screen. I shall now register it quick before it happens again.
hope you get your issue resolved.
