Lost the touch screen on the newest Form 2 and I’ve had to fight with it to run jobs. Funny that the left 1/4" works but the rest doesn’t. Can’t mark a job “Failure, Skip, Success” so I end up unplugging the machine and re-plugging it to start the next print. Also have to use the push button to Print.
It will take two weeks for FL to get a replacement in. Evidently they keep their inventory stored in China.
I’ve also had issues with my Form Wash from the first few weeks I had it. The control stalls and basically the machine dies. FL wanted a “video” to show what was happening. I was so pissed at the request I said the heck with it and just unplug and re-plug to get it running again. Something wrong with the control panel but by now it’s out of warranty.
