Hi, I switched on my Form 2 today and the LCD touch screen is flickering, my firmware is fully up to date and I have also removed the power for 5 minutes and plugged the printer back in but it still has the same issue. The touch screen is can still be used. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there anything else that I can try? Thanks.
Yes, patches of the screen went a funny colour before completely failing to respond to touch. I told support, sent them a video of the unresponsive screen, they sent me a new screen which works perfectly. Easy to swap out, by the way!
