Hi everyone.
Im printing with the printer for about a month now, and everything went well.
Today i sent a print of 4 hours, and after about 2 hours came to check in on the print.
The screen is black and the buildplatform is not moving.
There is still light and i hear that the printer is not off. When i checked at Preform, its writen that the printer is offline.
Does anybody know what happend? How can i fix this? And what do i need to do so the problem won’t happend again?

Your printer has frozen.
The only thing you can do, as far as I know, is unplug the printer, let it rest for 15 seconds or so, then plug it back in.
I am not certain what the cause of the freeze is. I would imagine it is a software error. I’ve had these problems, on and off, since I first got my Form 3. Different firmware versions seem to make the problem either more or less bad. The current firmware would appear to have a lot of problems, in this regard. By that I mean: rc-1.7.4-598

We put a fan over the printer and the problem never returned (
