I had it happen 2 times in a row now, with a power cycle and re-upload in between:
The printer is printing normally, you come back some time later and according to the screen the printer is idle, the state of the platform is ‘Remove Parts’. but the platform is still dunked in the resin, and according to the dashboard its still printing
If it rebooted / crashed, it should pull the platform to the top during its initialisation. so it just stopped ? without error?

Hi @consol
thank you for reaching out.
This issue definitely sounds weird with a lot of puzzle pieces not really fitting together at a first glance.
I would highly suggest that you head into your printer’s menu → Settings → Upload Diagnostic Info and open a ticket, letting us know what you printer’s serialname (AdjectiveAnimal) is.
We’d be very interested to find out why your printer is just stopping to print, claiming it is done while it is in fact still in the middle of a print.
Have both of these prints stoppes at roughly the same point or was the print at different stages (also did any of them finish or nearly finished)?
Has the printer been showing any error messages like the “Reset While Printing” during any of your other recent prints?
Kind regards
Jakob
Hi,
I bought the printer via a distributor (Makerpoint in The Netherlands), and i did send them an email about a day before i made the post here, but no reply yet. I did upload the diag info after the 1st failure.
The printers name is GreatAccentor.
Both jobs where ~20cm high, at 25um layers. and they stopped after about 1cm and 1.5cm, so close, but not quite the same position.
After the first failure, i powercycled the printer. when it came up, i did get the message that it was reset while printing. The 2nd time i used the reboot function from the screen, and didnt get such a message.
