Recently, my form 1 have some problems. Compared with designed model, part of the printed samples is missing, especially the supports. We’ve replaced the resin tank, calibrated the lens(diagnostic mode), updated the software(1.5.1), however the problems are still unsolved.
Anyone can help?
This looks like it could be over compression to me. If the base of your model is coming out less then 1.7mm thick, there could be too much pressure between the aluminum plate and the silicone of your resin tank. I would try increasing your Base Height setting to a full 4mm and see if that helps!
