Order and Dashboard Updates on Formlabs site

I have noticed that my Order information and Dashboard Status updates are not taking place. Example-received an order for resin and resin tank, but the Order Status does not even show that the order shipped. Example 2 - several prints have not been listed, the current tank x-ray has not been updated and resin use is inaccurate. How to fix this? since these items are quite useful, especially the tank x-ray. Does Formlabs need to be contacted? Is there a server issue?
