Have you contacted them and requested a new LPU cable?
I find it hard to believe this would be the issue. It happens on the same layer on every print. Started out on layer 87, they made an update and it went away, but I was told by others they were having the issue around layer 700, Most of are prints are smaller than that, but now I have a few prints with 700+ layers, I agree. The failure last night at 70 may be a fluke, but the errors around layer 700 are not. For me and many others, these issues started right after a download of an update.
Looks like I will have to order a cable to just rule out that is not the issue.

I am sorry to hear that you are having these consistent print failures at these higher layers; if you do not already have a support ticket open, then please do reach out to our Support team so that we can look at the logs of the printer and see what we can do to help. If you have not already tried to revert back to the previous firmware, you can download older firmware packages on this site.
