Sorry, I meant we took the lead screw apart and the components which help with the movement. We did this, like I said, always with the formlabs support team’s advise.

If the leadscrew is what’s jammed, it can probably be unjammed but it should probably just be replaced.
Replacing the lead screw could certainly be worth a try. This is now a user-replaceable part, so Support should be able to provide guidance for doing so if they deem that it’s likely to resolve the issue.
by any chance does anyone know a replacement part for the motor?
