Form 3 LPU only printing on half of the print plate?

I unfortunately wasn’t present to see this print failure in action but it looks to me like the LPU got stuck when moving halfway across but would still print on the half that it could still move to. After the print the LPU seemed to be fine and didn’t get stuck or anything.

Sorry to hear about your print issue! That’s definitely not what we want to see! Can I ask if you’ve tried another print? Also if you can see any obstruction on the LPU where the laser emerges?

In general given the nature of this issue, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team directly so they can dig into your situation more directly and hopefully get to the bottom of this problem ASAP!
