We are first time users of Form printers, and have recently bought two new Form 3 printers. After multiple tries with different models, I have been unable to have even a single successful print. There are no error messages, and Ive followed the instructions yet nothing comes out, not even a partial print. The tank fills as intended, and the build platform moves as intended, but nothing is produced. Im also able to see that the upload is successful, so my guess is the problem has something to do with the LPU.
I cant even contact support becasue I dont have the order number because the guy that ordered it is on vacation. I hope someone has had a similar problem, and would love to hear ANYONE come with suggestions on what the problem could be.
