Silicone 40A partial print failure

Hi all,
I’ve run into an issue with my Silicone 40A prints. The issue occurs when I have multiple parts on the build plate, and one of the parts only prints partially. The other part prints fully, but there’s a visible indentation line where the failed part stopped printing.

This has happened several times now, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’m using supports generated in PreForm. Has anyone else experienced this or know what might be going on?

Any tips or insights would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Hey @minaschaafsma, there could be a few different reasons that you’re encountering this issue. Dirty optics or orientation are the usual suspects. I would suggest reaching out to Formlabs Support using THIS LINK, and they will be happy to help you work through this.
