Mixer keeps setting itself to an angle

This problem has only just started happening duriing print setup. While mixing the resin the mixer arm keeps flicking out onto an angle and then struggling to get back in place. There is no issue with the bite valve on the cartridge. Clicking the arm back in place works ok, but then the same error occurs on the following attempt at a print.

Thank you for getting in touch about this issue. A few initial things to check would be to make sure that the printer’s firmware and PreForm are up to date, ensure there is no cured resin in the tank, and testing a different tank with a different mixer if you have spares on hand.
