One of the new White resin cartridges I ordered is missing the little ID chip. How do I manually set the printer to see it as White Resin? You would think at 160 a pop you guys would have a little more quality control…

Thank I just opened a support ticket. Luckily I have some other resins I can print with in the meantime. Im gonna have to double check my resin carts before installing them now. ugh Didnt realize it was missing the chip til I pre filled the tank and interested the new cartridge.
