Anyone here having problems with the Form 4 lid?
- it sometimes does not align properly on closing - thus will not fully close. a very mild twisting action usually does the trick.
- the uplock spring seems to be slowly failing. I have to hold the lid open most of the time now, or it will crash down if unattended.
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
I just noticed this staring about a month ago, printer about 2 months old. I see I’m not only one. Couldn’t find anything online regarding this yet, not feeling too adventurous about disassembling this printer on my own yet. Hopefully some guidance gets posted here?
Well glad I’m not going nuts… yet.
Hopefully some will speak up.
I have notice that putting a little downward pressure on the left rear corner with the lid closed seems to help get it working again for a day or two.
