I can hear the wiper motor, but the wiper doesn’t move.
The worse part is that, as the tray slides between layers it moves the wiper a bit and then the build platform crashes into it.
I guess some belt got loose from it’s cog, but I’d like to know the steps to fix this…
Yes, the belt might have loosened…Contact support because this involves opening the printer shell.
