Wiper working but touching tank

while changing resin, i changed to new tank. installing the tank went well, but the wiper is not sitting well, as matter of fact it is touching the resin tank bed, and while restarting the machine it moves bot not smoothly (rigid movement with friction noises)

would love some advises
