How long does it usually take customer service to respond to a question/situation?

I am trying to place an order and an error occurs on the shipping cost and guides me to customer service.  I am not receiving any type of response.  Is this typical of Formlabs?

We do our best to respond to all requests as quickly as possible!

We have been having some hiccups with our shipping calculator, which in some cases is returning invalid results. We’re working on getting a fix for that ASAP. As far as we know, the issue is in the way in which we are getting quotes from our shipping providers (FedEx and UPS), and not associated with any specific address – but we’re looking into it right now.
