My Form-1 arrived today (order placed Sept. 16th). The first three attempts failed to produce any sign of hardened material. With the build platform removed a print was started so the laser could be inspected but no laser light is visible. Does this indicate a malfunctioning laser? Has anyone else encountered this? If so what fix worked for you?
I’ve placed a service request with Formlabs but their auto-response indicates they don’t work on weekends which sheds some light on the 5 month lead time. I greatly appreciate any in-site the group can provide.
