Grainy line effect

Hi has anyone any ideas what could cause the grainy pattern in the photo below printed in dental model resin.

This looks like typical aliasing, it happens around areas that are normal to the build platform. To put it differently the Z axis resolution of the printer isn’t good enough to resolve changes in geometry that would require less than 25nm layers.

If you printed this part with 100nm try reducing that, but you will probably also be fine by just giving your part an angle of 10-20% from the build platform.
