Fuse 1 ticket system

Nowadays when i send a ticket to support via email i get an email in return notifying me of the ticket number, witch also include a link where i can submit video, pictures etc.

With the new on display QR code i scan when there is an issue i don´t get that replying email with the ticket number. Witch also means im not getting that link where to submit additional pics/vids.

Is there perhaps something coming in the future regarding this?

Thanks for bringing this up. I agree that this would be a useful feature, and I’ll bring this up to the team to see if it would be technically feasible for the QR code system.
