Does anyone get response after submitting a support ticket?

I have tried changing the shipping address in an order placed in June, but after submitting 3 tickets in a course of a month, I still have no response. Shipping delay kinda worked well on me since I don’t live at the address I placed an order to, but I am worried if they eventually ship my printer to a total stranger. They must be insanely busy but if they were this busy not even able to handle support emails for a product that has just been shipping out it needs to be sorted out somehow.

In case any staff member sees this please get back to me to confirm the changed address or contact me and I don’t mind writing it to you again.
