Anyone have any ideas what could be the issue with my form 3. LED panel is not on, the fans do not spin. I removed the back panel and see 2 green LED lights on the motherboard. I tried a hard reset which didnt work. Could the motherboard be gone? THere is LEDs lit up on it though

Hi @cdortho , sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your Form 3! Since the logo doesn’t light up and you do not hear the fans spin either, the issue is probably related to one of these:
Defective motherboard: The motherboard has a number of voltage converters to provide different supply voltages. Damaged components in these circuits can prevent the printer from turning on.
Defective SOM: The printer’s SOM runs its operating system. If the SOM is defective, then the device will not turn on.
Defective power supply: If the power supply does not output DC power, the motherboard will not receive power, preventing the printer from turning on.
Malfunctioning power outlet or damaged power cable: If the printer is not receiving mains electricity, it will not power on.
